These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Chissy Beauty Studio’s services and website (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Appointments

You may book an appointment with us by phone, email or through our website. We Accept card payments and require a valid credit card or payment to after services are rendered. At your discretion you may tip as you see fit. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you may or will be charged in full for the services booked.

Services

We offer various beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to hair styling, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and massages, facials etc. Our trained professionals will perform these services to the best of their abilities. We do not guarantee any specific results, and you acknowledge that the outcome of any service may vary depending on your individual circumstances.

Payments

We accept payment by credit card, cash, or electronic transfer. Payment is due at the time after service, and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or late cancellations. We do not offer refunds once services have been rendered.

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards that can be redeemed for our services. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

No Show Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who have a history of not showing up for their appointments without notice.

Liability

Chissy Beauty Studio is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of your use of our Services. You assume all risk and responsibility for your use of our Services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Chissy Beauty Studio or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the updated date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chissy Beauty Studio, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The failure of Chissy Beauty Studio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
